LeaderSource is a networking tool that transforms the way leaders in the Akron area connect with one another, creating a stronger community.

LeaderSource is an online platform dedicated to heightening connectivity among established and grassroots civic leaders, helping multiple walks of leadership to connect with one another, and enhancing our communitys overall leadership capacity.

With the log-in protected LeaderSource app, you will be able to:
-Access the hub for alumni of Leadership Akron and its affiliated programs (Torchbearers, Community Leadership Institutes and N.E.X.T.) to network, connect, collaborate and learn
-Identify leaders that can advance your work in the community by searching on any combination of criteria including Leadership Akron program, employer, volunteer activity, professional skills or interests
-Browse a listing of upcoming community events, jobs, volunteer or board positions and community news
